Quartesian leverages Medrio to improve their customer relationships

Quartesian is a clinical data services CRO. We’re on all types of trials from phase one through phase four. We serve many different industries, generics, small to mid-sized biotech, large CROs, and large pharma sponsors. We’ve been a Medrio customer for going on 10 years. Was early on in Medrio’s evolution as a company and it was a nice partnership. Quartesian was evolving and looking to serve underserved areas in the life science industry. This included a lot of smaller companies, phase one studies, the generics industry, and it was a nice partnership and that Medrio understood the needs of those market segments and was willing to work with Quartesian to meet those needs. The reason we continue to work with Medrio, it’s a combination of the technology it’s evolved over time and Medrio has taken a lot of our feedback and incorporate it into the future product development. We need to move very quickly with a lot of our customers so we enjoy the speed to build and the ability to roll out studies very quickly with Medrio. It’s important for our customers to get their studies up and running as quickly as possible and EDC does not need to be a relearning step and that’s one of the reasons why we’ve continued to work with Medrio for certain market segments were able to build studies within days using Medrio. It’s a very easy tool to work with it’s easy to pull together forms and take advantage of libraries to get studies up and running very quickly. It’s not the norm but we can do it if customers ask us and one of the reasons why is because we use Medrio. The design environments are very intuitive for the study builders and it makes it very easy whether you’re an expert programmer or someone who’s starting out to be able to get technology and get studies up and running very quickly and that’s one of the unique things about Medrio. Not all systems are that intuitive to set up studies. Medrio’s been very flexible in working with us in providing different business models whether it’s study by study or enterprise deals and that flexibility helps us serve the variety of different customers we have. We will tell our customers how much we work with Medrio, how much we enjoy working with them. There are a lot of happy customers out there. We hear it from them. We have customers that will recommend and we’ll only go with Medrio.
